Clinic Opening and Training Details

     The UC Irvine Outreach Clinic Project is happy to announce the opening of our first free clinic site at the Orange County Rescue Mission’s Village of Hope (VoH) on November 1st, 2008. The VoH is a rehabilitation site for homeless individuals and families. We will be serving those who are not eligible for county or government programs and who cannot afford private insurance.

Grand Opening of Village of Hope

Concert for Hope

September 13, 2008. 8pm -- Orange County Performing Arts Center, Costa Mesa

     In celebration of the Grand Opening of the Orange County Rescue Mission's Village of Hope, Baritone Jubilant Sykes joined the Pacific Symphony in Aaron Copeland's tribute to the wonder of traditional American music in American Songs. Following intermission, the Pacific Chorale joined the Symphony for the world premiere of From Greater Light, California composer Alva Henderson's work celebrating the victory of light over darkness in the lives of men and women who find the strength to transform their lives. Students from the UC Irvine Outreach Clinics were invited to attend, and we all had an amazing time at this concert!
